6. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the billing schedule selected during registration. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 30 days of service initiation, subject to our refund policy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

The PhotonVex platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by PhotonVex and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

PhotonVex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
